This survey is a basic comfort & safety survey of the following areas of your home. Homeowner will receive a copy of the Survey upon Completion.
Heating & Cooling System.
- Age & Condition of Heating & Cooling System
- Condition of Ductwork (when accessible)
- Condition of Venting
Plumbing.
- Check of all indoor fixtures
- Check of interior piping (where accessible)
- Check of Exterior Faucets
Electrical.
- Check condition of electrical panel
- Check condition of outlets & switches
- Check condition of smoke detectors
- Check exposed wiring in attic or crawl space
Insulation.
- Check for adequate amounts
- Check exposed water piping for insulation
- Check ductwork in unconditioned spaces for insulation
*This survey is a visual inspection.
